Provide reliable and consistent taxi service in underserved areas
Introduce wheelchair-accessible vehicles (WAT), especially in Summerland and Peachland, where none currently exist
Prioritize service for seniors and people with disabilities, who rely heavily on transportation
Offer employment and training opportunities for women, Indigenous individuals, and local residents
Operate a majority hybrid fleet to support environmental sustainability
Launch a Park & Fly shuttle in West Kelowna, with future plans for Penticton
Operate daily shuttles to the airport from Penticton and West Kelowna as an affordable alternative to private transport
Enhance the customer experience with an easy-to-use app and live support
Reduce long wait times and increase cab availability in each city
Work directly with the community and local businesses to ensure services meet real needs
